[RWP] introduction and a question?

The only way around high latency is to buy a decent sound card.
I don't know what's something good to recommend, since I got started on
Emu cards, which have extremely low latency, but impossible control panels.
Chris Belle on Midi Mag has a couple of delta cards for sale.
He'd make you a good deal, and they're sturdy and full featured cards.
His address is:
cb1963 at sbcglobal.net
You could get a pro level card for the price of a cheap new card
He's just built a new studio and doesn't need them now.
Tell him I mentioned his delta cards, and he'll help.
