[RWP] introduction and a question?

it definitely lowers the latency compared with the wdm or direct sound
drivers, but it's still very much there.
enough to throw off guitar recordings and metronome clicks and so on.
guitarists need zero latency to properly multi-track.
even vocals would be off on my system right now unless you wanted that
slight delay for an echo effect.
about half the latency as before, but still very much there.
I'm using asio for all V2.1.
