[RWP] Setting Initial Volume of Midi Tracks in Reaper

I never tried to adjust either volume or pan while in the track view, 
only after tabbing down to volume.
Pan, I don't know a quick way to set, except typing a value into the 
edit box.
Arrows only give you 1 step of 100 l or 100 r.

Some old hardware boxes would let you first hold  left arrow then press 
right arrow simultaneously to move at high speed to the left, same for 
moving to the right.
Sounds like a good improvement for making quick changes in Reaper

Infinity db for me was a friend who drove me to the river to pot shoot 
his Marlin 30 30 rifle.
I was pretty stupid in those days, so thought he'd shooting at a 
distance away from me.
Just as we arrived, he let go a round at a duck, the rifle muzzle a foot 
or so  from my ear, and I heard nothing but ringing for the whole next day.
Probably why I have tenitis now.
