[RWP] Setting Initial Volume of Midi Tracks in Reaper

About adjusting volume, I realize you can use page up and page down once you
have tabbed to the volume control. But, in the track view, you can use
alt+up and down arros to modify volume slightly. Likewise for pan, using
alt+left and right arrows. But, those go in tiny little steps. Alt page up
and down don't seem to do anything.

How loud is infinity DB? I think it is just 3db shy of the spl at a Beach
Boys concert I suffered in 1973. My ears are still ringing.
