[RWP] Correction on Setting Initial Volume of Midi Tracks in Reaper

This should read:


When altering volume with the procedure I posted below, jump by .01 db
> with each press of up and down arrows; jump 1.00 db with each press of page up and
> down keys, or jump in a single step to infinity db with a press of home and end keys.
Reaper uses page up and down, home and end keys, similar to  word 
processers.
So, In the time line, page up and down move by 1 measure, home and end 
keys jump to beginning and end
