[RWP] Setting Initial Volume of Midi Tracks in Reaper

When altering volume with the procedure I posted below, jump by 1 db 
steps with up and down arrows; jump larger steps in db using  page up 
and down keys, or jump in a single step to infinity db with home and end 
keys.

I don't know what infinity db sounds like, I'm not that brave, but 
that's how Reaper is, it doesn't say a setting is practical, if it's 
possible it lets you do it. smile.
