[RWP] Setting Initial Volume of Midi Tracks in Reaper

Speaking of this, alt up and down arrow to modify volume, these move in 
ridiculously small steps.   You have to hold them down for a coon's age to 
even begin to hear the difference.   Coons live forever, you know.

I thought I remembered that there were other hot keys to move in more 
reasonable steps like 1db, but can't find them.  Anybody remember what that 
is?
