[RWP] Setting Initial Volume of Midi Tracks in Reaper

I just learned how to set an initial midi track volume in Reaper.
I was getting no difference in volume from just changing the volume db 
in either track properties; or in the IO routing dialog for that track.

To Set a Midi Track's  Volume:
1 Arrow up or down to select the desired track.
2 Press ctrl+right arrow to bring up that track's first item.
3 Press ctrl+A to select that track item.
4 Tab down to volume and set the desired db number for that track.
5 Press enter to save your setting.

You will hear okay, and now you will hear changed volume from the synth 
receiving the selected track's midi output.
