[RWP] Midi Editing

Midi monitoring against an external synth I understand pretty well is 
sending controller c0 when changing patches,  but it doesn't do banks in the 
standard way, so I don't know quite how that works
C0 is hexidecimal for a program change on channel 0.
The next two data bytes contain the program number.
