[RWP] Midi Editing

I'm trying to reassign patch and bank info on midi tracks, which 
currently pring up the wrong presets in my keyboard.
In Reaper, I select the track, press control+enter to get the midi edit 
pane.
At my tab key I find a list of midi controllers, 0 to 127, then values 
for whichever control I selected, then location.
I remember moving from item to item along the time line, and finding 
different entries.
Is there more of midi editing in Reaper that I'm missing, like sub menus?
I intend to refresh my memory as to what midi controls 0 to 127 
represent, and what functions they carry out, but will patch and bank 
info be in that list, or is there another method of changing the 
imbedded program change info on a midi track?
