the train hasn't stopped , am checking the pre-release builds continuously
at:
www.landoleet.org
and it worksperfectly well; have had a few successful acoustic recording
sessions with it , running off a usb thumbdrive along with nvda and System
Access on my university studio's computer.
til I teach myself Python , and re-write ReaAccess , pressing the
CTRL+UpArrow is the way to go since , dispite the "not found" error , you do
get the context menus.
if the wrong menu shows up , just move around a bit with the Jaws or System
Access mouse cursor , and right-click in the proper place and the right menu
will appear.
good luck!
Roy.

I was poking into this terific quantization tip on my system, to play with
it.
When setting up to record a couple midi tracks, I ran into this problem with
the context menus not showing up. Handle not found.
Was the special hotkey trick control+upArrow? Is that correct?
When I did that, I cycled through status, view, track view and timeline.
And, neverf get the handle not found message to go away.
Did I get something wrong here?
Reaper is a piece of crap, by the way.
And, so long since last posted version, do you get the idea that maybe that
train has stopped?
