[RWP] Possible Cause of Midi Quantization failure

I think I might have found the cause of failure to quantize midi; at
least in the version 3.78 I was trying to quantize midi in.
There was a known bug in the versions about that time; that caused the
inline midi editor; which is the midi editor used in ReaAccess, to not
display
the project grid; but to Instead displayed a midi editor grid that could
only be changed by exiting the online editor; then opening the piano
roll midi editor to set the grid there.

I don't know if this was fixed in Reaper; or; if it was; in which version.
I noticed that there is a note on version 4.22 about a fix in the midi
inline editor; to fix a bug that caused notes that were painted in not
to quantize along with notes that were recorded into the track,.
I don't think painting in notes concerns us; but maybe the earlier bug
was fixed somewhere along the way.
I don't know why I'm not finding the full menu for midi note editing, as
referred to in the Cockos forums.
It should include quantize start of note only, quantize end of note,
quantize whole note length to grid.
Somewhere there should be percentage of magnetism to grid lines, as
Reaper calls it, how strongly the note edges are attracted to grid
lines, 100 percent being totally robotic quantization.
Does anyone know how to find those menus?
I have the action list numbers for the various midi quantization
actions; and; can, if it's not already done, assign shortcuts to those.
There are still some unused shortcut combinations in ReaAccess that
could be used for easier finding of midi editing menus; and quantization
actions.

Perhaps these are some of the improvements Ivan intended to make in
ReaAccess version 2?

I'll go back and reinstall Reaper version 4.22 and retry midi quantization.
