[RWP] Strange behavior with editing items in Reaper 4.25

I don't understand why that project should have that problem, but if you 
want to delete atrack item, and not have the following item move to the 
left; thus be out of alignment; maybe you could insert an empty item 
where the deleted item was before you deleted it.
