[RWP] presets gone away after upgrade

I only need to press page down while in Wineyes, to get the missing 
presets to appear in that combo box; but
I do remember that Jim Snowbarger said that there is another shortcut 
required before pressing page down in Jaws, but I can't remember it.
If nobody here knows, I can maybe find it in my Reaper notes.
