[RWP] presets gone away after upgrade

To get the presets that have disappeared in more recent versions of Reaper:
1  Go to the effects routing page by pressing the letter F from the 
track view.
2  Insert the effect you want from that page, by the usual method.
Sorry, I don't have Reaper open, so can't provide details, but you 
probably already know how to bring in an effect.

3  Then tab down to the combo box where you would usually find the presets.
4  Press page down and the presets should appear in that combo box.
You will find that you are at the bottom of the list of presets, so you 
can up arrow through the presets list.
