[RWP] Having Issues installing Reaaccess

one thing you might want to do is completely uninstall reaper and ReaAccess, 
then reinstall reaper, run it once, close it, then install ReaAccess and 
then open reaper again...this should fix the issue if it's not a 32 bit 
verses 64 bit issue like patrick said.
Your supposed to run reaper once before you install ReaAccess otherwise you 
get this exact problem you are seeing.
I believe that tip is in the readme file with ReaAccess...
