[RWP] Can't record my voice in Reaper

[Indigo]

How is your midi keyboard connected to your computer?
Is it by a USB cable plugged into a USB jack on your computer, or by 
standard midi cables plugged into your sound card?
What model USB sound card is this?
When setting up your midi keyboard and sound card in Reaper, is the word 
"Enabled" shown after the name of your midi keyboard and sound card 
ports, in options/preferences??
