Matthew, looks like your hotmail account's been compromised.

Please go to it & change your password to something you'll remember
but that will be hard for others to guess. It should contain
upper-&-lower-case letters, numbers, & punctuation signs & should not
spell words.
2) Report the abuse to those who administer hotmail accounts.
3) U may wish to change your security questions on your email account
& on any that use similar ones.
4) Check all sensitive accounts on which your email address was used,
e.g., banking, paypal, etc., as hackers, once in control of your email
account, can ask for a password reset & thereby gain access to these
financial accounts.
5) Do a malware scan to ensure that the spam isn't coming from your pc
as opposed to a hacked email account.
