assemble a list of things that need to be improved , and send them to Cockos 
tech support.

Sorry for the late reply.  I'm afraid there is no change so far, the
small dev team and users asking for still missing basic functions did
not leave time for that yet.  Also, in order to understand the issues
better some guidance, maybe in form of a list of specific Voice Over
features that don't work or cause issues could help a lot.  Each item in
that list (or single report) would ideally contain what you're trying to
do, what you expect REAPER to do and what it does instead  and point the
devs to the specific parts in REAPER to work on.  We are very much
relying on user input/guidance there, sorry.
