[RWP] Windoweyes Still Can't Run Reaper 64

its virtual mouse mode is somewhat similar to Jaws/Wineyes mouse review 
modes.
can see lots of buttons , icons with tooltips , text on the screen etc.
is very handy and reliable.
entered via numpad Insert+M , exited with ESC.
