[RWP] Running Reaper From the Behringer BCF2000 with speech

Hey Indigo,
Other than time, which I appreciate is probably in too short supply to
keep us posted with everything that happens over on MidiMag, what do
you need from the list to keep us updated? I should be able to make it
possible. Not asking out of shere laziness I promise, I just know that
MidiMag is pretty high traffic and wouldn't work for some of the
subscribers we have here.
