[RWP] ReaAccess 2.0? Some thoughts

Well, I think there are quite specific things the developers could do to
enhance accessibility regardless of Reaaccess or any other plugin.
I can not speak for Mac and the Cocoa framework but for Windows there is
a technology called UI Automation

and as I said before the effort to support this may not even be huge,
depending on the SW design of the Reaper code.
The basic idea is to expose semantic information about every GUI class
which is then available to each instance of it i.e. each GUI element.
The advantage of such approach is that
* Every modern screen reader supports it
* This technology is well-documented and no one needs to tell developers
what they may do to improve accessibility.
* Easy to implement

I am going to post such a request on the Reaper forum, let's see what
happens.
