[RWP] beat mapping with reaper?

hello I did not see this hit the list all my other emails are reaching 
the list but this perticular one so am resending.
I am currently using sony acid music studio 7.0
to make music using loops.
I make my own music as well as remix ixisting music using loops. the 
program has a feature that when you open a mp3 of a ixisting song it 
auto detects the bpm to the best of its ability and then matches all the 
project to that perticular bpm so all the loops match up.
this can also be done manually you set the bpm and the loops follow sute.
is there a add on or some way to accomplish this in reaper via a plug in 
or something?
sony acid music studio 7 works with limited success with jaws and am 
wanting to move away from that program to a more blind friendly program.
any help on this would be appreciated.
