[RWP] Making the switch to Reaper

Again, there's always more than 1 way, but I often open another tab in 
Reaper
  I hit the windows key+M to go to desktop, find my loops folder off of 
the desktop, click on a loop and it plays in Winamp.
If I like that loop and want to use it, I tab back to Reaper, hit escape 
to be in track view, hit the insert key above the arrow keys, and I get 
a dialog for importing media, so I can browse to that loop and import it.
I'm sure somebody has a very  obvious and much simpler method.
