[RWP] Making the switch to Reaper

Hi guys,

I am so accustomed to using Sonar, getting my brain to understand the 
Reaper method of doing various tasks, has been interesting.    Thanks 
to all of you that have gone before me to Trail Blaze the  way.

Sometimes I use Loops for Drums.  Even in Sonar, I think I was 
inserting Loops in the most difficult way imaginable, but it worked 
for me, and I was too proud to ask for further help.

But here we are again, now in Reaper, and I want to listen to the 
Loop before I bring it into the Track.   Is there an easy way to 
review the Loops?

Ah, and now for the embarrassing question, how do I get the loop 
inserted into the Track?  I've attempted to Paste, but so far no success there.
