Oh, I forgot to say the simple erase procedure I just outlined will not 
affect your track properties settings, so you can immediately record 
again on that same track.
By right arrowing while on the track in quesstion, you are only 
selecting for deleting the just recorded item, and not the whole track 
or its properties.
