[RWP] hi all, I'm new in this list

Hi Ralph,
I know a little about Reaper, and I'll help when I can.
I'm use Reaper versions before 4, like version 3.77, on 32 bits XP, but 
that's my preference, others here run Reaper 4x and on Win7 64, but each 
of us does what's comfortable for us.
There's no guide for screenreaders yet.
I hope to get one together, but, for now we all hellp each other.
