[RWP] Legacy Surfaces

Jim, Tim Payne of Standing Waters Studios, is very friendly, and said 
he'd help all he could with increasing Reaper access.
I haven't done anything with his .sws extensions yet, but download such 
things just in case they disappear from the web.
As far as I can understand, it's another macro scheme, like Reaper's own 
native actions, providing even more possible actions.
I don't know enough about programming to be certain, but I don't 
understand why Reaper's native actions list, plus .sws extensions, 
couldn't  provide anything that's currently lacking in ReaAccess.
I haven't counted them, but there are still some qwerty keyboard key 
shortcuts that aren't assigned  in ReaAccess.
