Which Peavey do you have? I am honestly quite clueless about this stuff,
don't yet have a control surface, though I want to do something about
that soon, but I'm wondering how much of their own implementation they
did, and how much they copied from something else so as not to re-invent
the wheel as it were.
Sorry I can't be more useful, but this is an interesting discussion, as
I'd like to see Derek's Behringer board working as a control surface in
Reaper as well, provided it can go into some kind of mode wherein the
faders and transport controls can be instructed to send and receive
appropriate information without controlling the actual channels on the
unit itself, perhaps a dedicated few fader banks, or something.
