[RWP] Very simple question

will do my best as soon as I can; thanks a bunch for the encouragement.
BTW: besides the "can't find the handle to the track view" message displayed 
by reaaccess in Reaper 4 , that can be resolved by pressing ctrl+Up arrow 
prior to the applications key , it works.
after pressing the ctrl+Up arrow , you still get this error , but the menu 
opens up.
