[RWP] setting a USB input?

It's audio sent over USB and not midi.
it shows in the availible audio devices list, but it doesn't show enabled or 
unavailible or disabled or anything like that.
I remember when I was setting up midi ins and outs, I could mouse click on 
the device in the list, and go into another screen where I could enable or 
disable that device.
I'm not getting that with the audio device list.
I'll check on my other machine which can be a bit more user friendly with 
reaper sometimes.
