[RWP] Exporting multiple tracks as multiple wave files.

Can any one please tell me, if you have a project which has 8 tracks  of audio, how do you export them so that you can play them in any other multi track application such as sonar?
I want the 8 tracks to be exported as 8 wave files.  In sonar this is relatively straight forward to do.
I am not able to find the various export choices in reaper other than exporting a project as a stereo file in different audio formats.
Apologies if I'm missing some thing very obvious.
