I don't know what your sentence, the files appear in the right directory
in Jaws means.
When installing either Reaper or ReaAccess; accept defaultsand don't
change where Reaper or ReaAccess put their files.
You can uncheck screenreaders you don't use, when installing ReaAccess,
but it doesn't seem to matter if you don't.
Accept default destination directories in all cases.

As for running the latest Reaper with Window-Eyes,
I couldn't get Reaper 4x 64 bit to work with ReaAccess, on Windows 7 64,
because Window-Eyes 7.5.1 refused to work with both Reaper and ReaAccess
at the same time, but N V D A and Jaws don't have that problem.
I went back to XP and 32 bit Reaper, with an older version of
Window-Eyes; because it's more comfortable for me, but I know plenty of
folks who are working fine in Win 7 64 and Reaper versions 4x.
Roy Shtupler has found work arounds to get the context menus in version
4 to work.
Reaper 4x should load at least, with Jaws, either on Windows 7 64 or 32
bit, or in XP.
Make sure you downloaded the proper version of Reaper, 32 or 64 bits,
according to whether your operating system is 32 or 64 bits.
Install Reaper first, then open it and close it before installing
ReaAccess, or you will get an error message when you try to install
ReaAccess.
