[RWP] new to reaper, looking for resources

Hi Ondrej,
If you only need to edit interviews, why not use Sound Forge, or Audacity?
The first Sound Forge I used was Sound Forge version 4 Express, which 
came free with a SoundBlaster card.
It was totally accessible, and could do  very precise editing, as close 
as 1 sample.
If you don't own Sound Forge, maybe you know someone that has the 
SoundBlaster CD's with Sound Forge Express.
Audacity is also free, and very accessible, and the Audacity website has 
a special section on how to use Audacity with a screenreader.
