Hi Scott,
I'll try to re post midimag messages here that relate to Reaper.
I'll also put up YouTube links that might offer a few tips on setting up
a Behringer BCF2000 to run Reaper.
There are 5 things needed to get this method of accessing Reaper to work:
1 A Behringer BCF2000.
2 The Mackie Reader, which speaks the current state of controls on
either a real Mackie Universal controller, or a Behringer BCF2000, set
up to run emulated Mackie mode.
3 The users Guide on the Mackie Reader.
Okay, 2 and 3 were written for Sonar support, but equally well apply to
Reaper, or even to ProTools and other daws.
4 Klinke's plugin, which sets up the Behringer BCF2000 to control Reaper.
5 The users guide on how to use Klinke's plug.
I think I found the most current version of Klinke's plug, though newer
versions are promised.
Same with the very informal user guide to using Klinte's plug, not very
extensive, just enough to hopefully get going.
I'll try to post links here to theMackie Reader and its users guide.
There was a problem with the website where those are found, and I'll
need to check if that's resolved yet.
What would be nice, and I'll make an effort to do it, is to get all the
software and guides into 1 folder, everything needed except a Behringer
control surface, of course, and put it on sendSpace, and post a single
link here.
