Hi Kevin,
I believe the problem in Reaper 4x of the Applications key not
displaying the context menu was the same for Jaws, WindowEyes and NVDA.
Roy discovered a workAround to unlock the applications key context menu,
so it displays normally, as it did in versions 3x.
Press ctrl+up arrow, then press the applications key.
I found a variation of Roy's workAround that works a little better for
me; ctrl plus 2 presses of up arrow then the applications key.
In my computer, that always gets the extended track recording options
menu; which says Monitor Input; when you arrow down once in it.
