[RWP] Another Version of Applications Key Work Around

Hi & Greetings from Down Under
The REAACCESS Preferences Menu exists in the Items Menu of REAPER 4.3.1.
I have only been using REAPER since 4.2.6 but the Items Menu is where it has
always been.

My point was the reaaccess preferences menu item exists in the options
menu in reaper 3.x, but not in 4. Also, I feel that unless we initiate
some sort of effort to keep up, with the time, we'll be seriously
missing out.
