Deleting  accidentally created sends is not so difficult in IO Routing 
Dialog.
Just tab to the sends, or receives, you want to delete, then route them 
to your number pad; and get focus on them there; where they delete 
easily enough.
I could never get them to delete by just having them at the tab key and 
pressing delete, though, not in Window-Eyes.
Yes, it does show something not perfectly written that they don't delete 
with the usual Windows delete dialog; at the tab and arrows; but at 
least it can be done with route to PC cursor; route to mouse pointer; 
Move to Focus; or whatever your  particular screenreader calls that move.
