[RWP] Another Version of Applications Key Work Around

I think the ReaAccess options from the items menu is  only to choose how 
ReaAccess announces  a few things, not very useful, actually.
There seem to be many submenus waiting to be discovered.

Ctrl pluts 2 presses of up arrow is a totally reliable shortcut here; 
for unlocking the applications key, to display the extended track 
recording options menu that reads: Monitor Input; when you arrow down once.
Then, after exiting that menu, ctrl plus down arrow, then a press of the 
applications key displays a subMenu which reads: Jump To Marker SubMenu 
J; when you arrow down once.
That one  doesn't seem to be a complete list of subMenus;
but a partial list, then the list seems to become part of another menu, 
maybe the track menu.
Another shortcut: If I press ctrl plus left arrow, then press the 
applications key, I get some sort of Items subMenu.
