[RWP] Another Version of Applications Key Work Around

I notice that: ctrl plus 2 presses of up arrow; followed by applications 
key gives totally reliable display of the menu beginning with the words 
Monitor Input; but if I close that menu; then press control plus down 
arrow; then applications key; I return to the menu which begins with 
Jump to Marker SubMenu J.
This looks to be a valuable list of subMenus; not easy to reach from the 
standard menus.
