[RWP] Applications Key Work Around

Hi David,
I don't get the correct menu here with right control key plus
applications key, followed with up arrow, but I now discover that, in
NVDA, in Windows 64, Reaper 4.31, with a track inserted, if I press ctrl
plus 2 presses of up arrow, I get the monitor input menu every time
with a press of the applications key.
With ctrl+2 presses of up arrow, I find no need to hurry to press the
applications key, and the correct monitor input menu opens 100 percent
reliably.
