[RWP] Applications Key Work Around

David Shortland's discovery how to access the Reaper built in midi event 
editor, instead of the ReaAccess inline midi editor, gives me hope that 
there are yet more ways we can access standard Reaper features, 
obviating some of the shortcomings of ReaAccess
When reading the Cockos forums, when sighted users ask how to get at 
something, often forum members post several methods to accomplish the 
same task.
Reaper's open structure reminds me of a house with doors leading from 
each room into every other adjoining room, plus secret corridors within 
the walls.

So far, I haven't needed additional actions, though I've made a few for 
practice, and also looked at .sws files, providing even more actions, 
with very simple coding that even I think I could handle.
So far, we seem to be handling issues as they arise, unless people are 
giving up doing things without asking questions on RWP.
