[RWP] Applications Key Work Around

Oh, I just now noticed you wrote apps key plus up arrow.
No, it's ctrl key plus up arrow, but it still requires a few tries at times.
Beginning at version 4, Reaper lost some handle to the applications key, 
so its menu wouldn't open.
Of course, the easiest method of assigning track input is by pressing 
tab while the track is selected.
You can assign input, but you get nothing like the number of options you 
get from the app key menu.
