[RWP] Applications Key Work Around

David, I find that it often takes more than 1 try of ctrl+up arrow to 
get that applications key menu to open.
The menu you want; begins with the words monitor input; but you'll get 
another menu first, I forget what that other menu is for.
Both in Window-Eyes and NVDA, it usually requires a couple of tries.
If you get the wrong menu, hit ctrl+up arrow again; then quickly hit the 
applications key.
Sometimes you hear something about mixer, which is where ctrl+up arrow 
is taking you, but ends up, with patience, enabling the applications key 
track recording options menu.
As for everything in Reaper, there is probably another method of getting 
to that same track recording options menu; if we can discover it.
