[RWP] Applications Key Work Around

Control+up arrow, and it's context specific. However, with Reaper 4.x, the deeper you get into it, the more ReaAccess things are broken. This is why I'm still using 3.x, despite some really cool features in later versions of 4.x that I'd really love to be able to use. We seriously need to start some some crowdsourcing to find someone who can build a ReaAccess replacement, and give them proper motivation to do it.
