[RWP] trying for portable reaper

while trying for portable reaper and portable reaaccess, i got the 
checkbox for install reaper portably, so that's good, having checked 
that and done with the install, i tried reaaccess, and it said i failed 
to run reaper before closing it, that first run it has to go through.
problem is, i did run reaper, just as suggested, i hav3e no idea what it 
is looking for, much less how to make it aware that i did install properly.
