[RWP] Again QWS and Reaper

Hello!

Well, the connection between QWS and Reaper is an advantage, if you want 
to quantize midi and so on. I thought, that the midi editor in Reaper is 
not accessible enough to quantize Midi. Also I heard that some connect 
QWS and Reaper via Midijox or LoopBee 30! That seams to be a good 
solution for using step recording, quantizing and so on. Sure I could 
load midi in QWS, export it and import it in Reaper, but that I have to 
assign the instruments after that and not before I record a track, which 
I prefer. I hope you understand what I mean.
