[RWP] PlugIns 4 Reaper

You know, David, that if Sonar is also installed, and when in Reaper's 
options/parameters/VST;  you go to the edit box that tells Reaper where 
to look for plugIns; and, after the path to the usual folder where you 
store third party plugIns, type in the complete path like: C:\Program 
Files\Cakewalk\ etcetera.path to the Cakewalk effects folder.
Separate the two paths by a semicolon, no spaces, then force Reaper to 
rescan for plllugs
After adding the path, I tab down a couple of places to Clear list and 
rescan,and I need to redirect the cursor over to Window-Eyes mouse 
pointer and left click
Pressing enter doesn't suffice for wineyes to force that rescan, but it 
might in System Access.
When the rescan is finished, I need to hit the okay button.
Then, in track view; when I press ctrl+mid insert key, and navigate to 
Reaper's plugs folders, there are very many Cakewalk plugs shown.
Some might work in Reaper, TTS synth does
