David, in Reaper's track view; Arrrow to the track you want to assign
your keyboard to.
Then tab down to midi output.
Then arrow up or down to the name of your keyboard.
Then click on enter to save your settings and return to track view.
If your keyboard has been enabled as a midi interface in Reaper's
options/preferences, you will find it there when you assign it as the
midi out for a track.
If you are not sure your keyboard is enabled, press ctrl+P to go to
preferences.
then arrow to midi.
Then tab down to the line where your midi interfaces are named.
Your keyboard should have the word Enabled after it's name.
If The word enabled is not there; let me know and I'll help with that.
