To import media, in track view; press the middle insert key wayup over
the arrow keys.
You get an insert media dialog.
You can reach the same insert media from the insert menu, probably other
ways.
Browse to the mp3, wav file; midi file; many other formats; press enter
on it and it loads into a track.
Arrow up or down to that track to select it.
Press W or the home key to go to the beginning of the track.
Press spacebar and the track plays.
Hope this helps,
Indigo L
